Gruffalo Story Retelling Mat and Characters
Take a look at my Gruffalo story mat and characters. I used it during our Monster Theme as a literacy unit resource.
The children used the resource to retell the events of the story.
CVC picture to word matching activity
This is a popular literacy centre activity among my little ones. I made the chicks with yellow craft paper and laminated them. Later cut the eggs and pasted CVC pictures to match the words.

Our New Look
I have changed the theme of WHAT A TEACHER. Hope you like the new look. The new theme represents a chalkboard and I felt it would suit the site better. Let me know your feedback.
